Figure Notebook
This Jupyter notebook is provided to support transparency, reproducibility, and data provenance for the analyses and figures presented in the accompanying manuscript. The notebook reproduces the underlying data processing steps and figure-generation code using the same inputs described in the paper. For publication, final figures were refined for clarity (e.g., layout adjustments, label alignment) using vector-graphics software (Inkscape), but the quantitative results and visual encodings shown here correspond directly to the data underlying the published figures.
