SCREEN (Search candidate cis-Regulatory Elements by ENCODE) is an online resource for exploring and visualizing cCREs. Each cCRE has an element specific details page (top) that contains information about biosample activity and overlapping Encyclopedia annotations such as gene links, nearby gene expression, transcription factor binding sites, and conservation. SCREEN presents various visualizations (middle) including an embedded genome browser to enable seamless exploration along the genome (left) and interactive UMAPs to further explore relationships between biosamples and select subsets of samples. Finally, SCREEN hosts two applets gene expression (left) and GWAS (right).
